Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products being food items, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will need to cover return postage costs and ensure the item arrives safely and in resalable condition.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Uncollected Deliveries

If you fail to collect your parcel from Royal Mail or another delivery service and it is returned to us after 14 days, we are unable to issue a refund. As tea is a perishable product, any unclaimed parcels will be responsibly discarded.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing an order. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is returned to us, we cannot offer a refund due to food safety regulations.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
– First, check your bank account again.
– Then contact your credit card provider—it may take some time for refunds to be officially posted.
– Next, reach out to your bank, as processing delays can occur.

If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same one, please contact us first, then send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please send it to the above address. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund.

Please note: delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Missing Items

If you believe something is missing from your order, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your tracked parcel. Include a copy of the invoice sent with your delivery. This allows us to trace the packer and confirm any discrepancies. Once verified, we’ll be happy to replace the missing items.
